• billing: we're cancelling every subscription and refunding your most recent payment, if you made one. you won't be charged again.
• connections: we're disconnecting every bank and brokerage account linked to carlo.
• your data: want a copy? email support@carlo.finance by october 24, 2026 and we'll send you an export.
• deletion: after october 24, we permanently delete everything: accounts, transactions, documents, chats, and your login.
